Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses in the European Union. For delivery to other countries, please contact us at contact@atelierfelice.eu before purchasing.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our workshop in Ossana, Trentino, Italy.

  • If you would like to pick up your order in person, please let us know as part of your inquiry.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping will be quoted individually as part of an inquiry. We will contact you with a personalized shipping offer before you complete your purchase.

Processing & Production Times

All products are handcrafted made to order.

Smaller objects:

  • Made to order.
  • Typical production time: 2–3 business days.
  • Actual start date depends on current backlog—timeline will be confirmed as part of inquiry.

Larger items:

  • Made to order.
  • Typical production time: 10-14 business days.
  • Actual start date depends on current backlog—timeline will be confirmed as part of inquiry.
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent when your order is ready.

Delivery Times

  • Italy: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of EU: 4–8 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., customs, holidays, weather).

We use reputable carriers such as , BRT, DHL or specialized freight services for large or fragile items.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues & Damages

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at contact@atelierfelice.eu with your order number and photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our Production Philosophy

At Felice Brecht, our pieces are crafted with an emphasis on slow production and artisanal integrity. All our items are made-to-order. Because each piece is created specifically for you or as part of a restricted run, our return policy differs from mass-market retailers.

Right of Withdrawal & Made-to-Order Exceptions

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Final Sale: Because all our products are made-to-order, all sales are considered final once production has commenced. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for “change of mind.”

Damages and Manufacturing Defects

Your satisfaction and the integrity of our work are paramount. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@atelierfelice.eu.

  • We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • In these specific cases, Felice Brecht will cover all associated shipping costs.

Refund Process (Defective Items Only)

Once a defect is verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
